Long-term parking questions

How much is long term parking at OR Tambo?

From R60 per day on long stays. Seven days is R620 and thirty days is R1,500 with our Long-Stay 30 deal — the longer you park, the lower the daily rate. A complimentary car wash is included on qualifying stays.

Is it safe to leave my car for a long international trip?

Yes. Your car stays in a covered, monitored facility with 24/7 security the whole time you are abroad. We can also test the battery and keep the car travel-ready so it starts the moment you land.

How does the meet-and-greet work when I fly international?

We meet you at Departures, take your car, and have it waiting for you at the same Departures point where you dropped it off — no shuttle bus and no walking through the parkade with your luggage. Just share your flight details so we are ready.

Can I change my dates if my trip is extended?

Yes, at any time and at no cost. You only ever pay for the days your car is actually with us, at the same tiered long-stay rates. Manage your booking online or message us.
