Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information OR Tambo Airport Parking Services (PTY) LTD (“we”, “us”, “the Company”) collects when you use our parking, valet and shuttle services or this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We process your information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Last updated: October 2026.
Your name, contact details (phone, WhatsApp and email), your vehicle details (make, model, colour and registration) and your travel dates and flight information. That is what we need to collect your car, look after it and return it to you. Payment is taken in person on collection — we do not store your card numbers.
To deliver your booking, send your confirmation and invoice, contact you about your vehicle, improve our service, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. We only collect what we genuinely need to provide the service you asked for.
Your booking is held in our secured operational system, with access limited to staff who need it to service your booking. Day-to-day communication happens over email and WhatsApp. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Nobody — except where it is needed to deliver a service you specifically asked for (for example, giving a dealership your vehicle details for a service you booked through us). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
For as long as needed to service your booking and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements. After that it is securely removed.
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential storage remembers your booking details between pages. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads and Google AdSense for advertising and to measure the performance of our campaigns — these third parties may set their own cookies. Where required, consent for non-essential cookies is managed through our cookie-consent tool (Cookiebot), and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Under the POPI Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. You may also object to certain processing. Contact us and we will action your request. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
